Job summary

OneMain Financial seeks a Loan Sales Specialist to engage customers, assess needs, and provide access to financing. The role involves managing loan life cycles, including collections, while delivering tailored solutions and maintaining compliance.

On-site at our California location, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional extended hours, including Saturdays. The company emphasizes professional development, competitive compensation with incentives, and opportunities to advance to leadership

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
Bilingual Spanish required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems).
Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
