OneMain Financial is looking for a Loan Sales Specialist to assist customers with tailored financing solutions and guide them through the loan lifecycle. This on-site role emphasizes strong service and sales aptitude within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering ease, empathy, and encouragement.
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones through the loan process.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, in compliance with laws.
• Engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate internal drive, goal orientation, and achievement mindset.
• Educate customers on loan options and optional insurance products.
