OneMain Financial Group in Katy, TX is hiring Loan Sales Specialists to listen to customers and offer friendly, fast, affordable financing. The role requires on-site work, bilingual Spanish preferred, and a focus on exceptional service to meet branch goals.

You will manage loan lifecycles, handle inquiries across phone, email, and in person, educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products, and uphold all laws and regulations including collections activity when needed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in sales, collections or customer service helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers understand the loans, terms and options.
