Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish (preferred) to serve diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, while staying compliant with relevant laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
