Job summary

OneMain Financial in Longview, TX is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to guide customers through financing options and deliver friendly, fast service in a dynamic branch environment.

You will engage customers across phone, email, and in person, manage the loan life cycle, including collections when needed, and present tailored solutions to meet each borrower’s needs while helping the branch reach its goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands of the role.
• Exceed customer expectations and deliver results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop connections and engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with laws.
