OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access financing by listening to their needs and presenting tailored loan options. This on-site role supports growth through competitive compensation and advancement opportunities.

You will multitask, exceed expectations, manage the loan life cycle including collections, and engage customers via phone, email, chat, and internal systems. A Spanish bilingual capability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
