Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; process credit and employment verifications; handle loan payments and closings; manage account activity for collections.
• Prepare reports and maintain transaction documentation; operate cash drawer and balance records.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
