Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and calling by phone, receive verifications, and record information.
• Process payments, distributions, make recommendations regarding loan approvals; close loans within lending limits.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and balance cash drawer; handle account activity related to collections.
• Complete loan closings and perform related duties as assigned by management.
