Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Loan Consultant I to deliver an exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extensions and merchant referrals, with success measured by customer experience, monthly goals and compliance.

You will greet, assist and process verifications, payments and loan closings, market branch products, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone.
• Receive and process verifications and records; process payments; assist with loan approvals and closings.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records; operate cash drawer and balance accounts.
• Actively market branch products and services to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
