Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Loan Consultant I to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide personal loan solutions. The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extensions, and referrals, with success measured by customer experience, business generation, compliance, and monthly goals.

The position emphasizes providing accurate lending assessments while maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 0–2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers; process credit verifications and loan actions; manage loan approvals within limits.
• Prepare reports and transaction documentation; operate cash drawer and process deposits; maintain branch records and closing activities.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
