OneMain Financial Group is seeking an On-Site Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access friendly, fast financing and to support branch goals. You will multitask, educate customers on loan terms, and drive results while maintaining a customer-first approach.

The role emphasizes life-cycle loan management, compliance, and proactive customer outreach. A strong service mindset and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus in a competitive, growth-focused environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ongoing engagement with customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while staying compliant with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Explain loan terms and optional insurance products to ensure customer understanding.
