OneMain Financial in Livonia, MI is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access financing with a client-focused approach. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan options, and guide applicants through the process in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role emphasizes bilingual Spanish communication, adherence to regulations, and collaboration across Sales, Collections, and Customer Service to drive branch goals and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required or preferred.
• Location: On site; Schedule includes some Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic workflow.
• Exceed customer expectations and meet branch goals.
• Develop connections with customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with regulations.
• Interact via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loans and insurance options.
