Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to hit branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems).
• Demonstrate a passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
