Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Loan Consultant II in Pinehurst, SC. You will provide an exceptional customer experience while offering personal loan solutions and building a customer base through sales, loan extensions, and merchant referrals.

The role focuses on compliance, attainment of monthly goals, and accurate record-keeping. Requires 2–4+ years in consumer finance and strong communication and cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4+ years in consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling and computer skills required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and calling by phone; receive and verify credit and employment information.
• Process payments and distributions; make recommendations on loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle account activities related to collections; contact customers as needed.
• Prepare reports, correspondences and transaction documentation; maintain records and files.
