Newtown Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Supervisor to lead the lending processing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure accuracy in payoffs, modifications and reporting. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, risk control, and process improvement within the INSIGHT environment.

The supervisor will manage staff, review complex loans, and drive efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred; 2–4 years in loan servicing or related experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of loan servicing functions and core loan systems.
• Maintain utmost confidentiality on bank matters.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and perform lending processing activities including new loans in INSIGHT, daily transactions and payoff process.
• Review loan maintenance reports, modifications and ensure regulatory and investor requirements are met.
• Supervise payoff requests, releases, UCCs, and return of excess funds and collateral.
• Oversee MERS reports and deactivation of paid-off loans; monitor credit bureau processes.
• Lead reviews of reports such as rate-change letters, maintenance and posting sheets; oversee pre-authorizations and credit line maintenance.
• Manage timeliness of loan payoffs for investor reporting and assist with construction loan documents.
• Conduct biweekly department meetings and participate in community functions to network for new business.
