Qualifications

• 5+ years in Commercial or Asset Based Lending or equivalent
• 3+ years of exceptional customer service experience
• Understanding of Treasury Products and credit documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation
• Organizational skills in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Knowledge of syndicated/bilateral loan agreements

Responsibilities

• Provide loan servicing contact for internal/external clients and resolve issues
• Oversee deal activity including funding, payments and re-pricing under credit agreements
• Read and interpret credit documentation with legal teams when applicable
• Perform quality control on new deals, restructures and amendments
• Reconcile funding and payment activity and monitor past-due amounts
• Coordinate with deal teams on operational feasibility and market trends
• Support deal origination and execution teams as needed
• Maintain strong customer experience for internal and external stakeholders
