Qualifications

• 3 or more years of demonstrated Exceptional Customer Service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support on syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Administer excellence in the customer experience.
• Calculate and track complex interest and fee accruals.
