Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Custom Loan Servicing Vice President to lead a team responsible for accurate, timely loan servicing and portfolio support. You will interpret loan documentation, manage servicing deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.

You will drive operational improvements and help develop future leaders through coaching, feedback, and day‑to‑day support.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in loan servicing operations, including interpreting loan documents and managing servicing deadlines.
• Experience leading teams in a financial services environment with accountability for service delivery and performance outcomes.
• Experience resolving complex escalations using conflict management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience setting operational priorities, driving process improvements, and aligning execution to broader business goals within lending operations.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members through coaching, feedback, and on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of loan servicing specialists to support accurate and timely loan servicing outcomes
• Interpret loan documents and translate requirements into clear servicing actions and controls
• Manage key deadlines and escalations to support consistent portfolio operations and service delivery
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and reduce operational risk
