Job summary

Everence Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to manage loan files, title work, and escrow duties. You will process payments, track insurance requirements, and provide member support with accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associate or bachelor’s degrees and experience in loan servicing within financial institutions. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor degree preferred.
• Prior loan servicing experience or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle title work, mortgages, and insurance tracking.
• Proficiency with loan servicing software and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Process new and closed loan files with accurate documentation.
• Serve as the primary expert for vehicle title-related processes.
• Track insurance requirements for vehicle and real estate loans.
• Process complex loan payments and update member accounts.
• Book and fund real estate loans with required approvals.
• Provide payoff quotes and mail notices to members.
• Assist loan officers and members with inquiries in a professional manner.
• Support escrow processor and perform quality control reviews.
• Generate loan-related reports as needed.
