SchoolsFirst FCU in California is seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Representative II to provide direct assistance to Members, team members, and third parties on post-funding loans and DMV title processing. This role ensures timely responses and compliance with policies.

You will handle payoff processing, title releases, DMV coordination, insurance settlements, and inquiries, while maintaining knowledge of SOPs and internal loan systems.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members, team members, and third parties with inquiries related to post-funding loans and DMV title processing.
• Process payoff requests/demands, corrections, reamortizations, payment skips, and file maintenance for consumer loans.
• Ensure refunds and loan payments are properly credited or applied to Member loans; coordinate title releases.
• Review DMV packets for accuracy and prepare for processing.
• Respond to inquiries concerning loan servicing, payoffs, DMV-related questions, and loan information.
• Assist Members, branches, and departments via phone queue with DMV questions, title issues, and registrations.
• Submit files to DMV to secure collateral and reduce penalties and fees.
• Maintain knowledge of DMV policies, SOPs, and internal loan servicing systems.
• Review DMV reports to identify outstanding titles, contact Members or dealers to perfect titles, and process lien releases for paid-off loans.
