• Maintain loans for commercial, residential and consumer portfolios in compliance with bank policies.
• Process tasks such as general ledger entries, loan setup and audits, and payments.
• Handle payoff requests, releases, document scanning and credit bureau updates.
• Provide customer support by phone or email and resolve issues to final outcome.
• Recommend changes to loan servicing procedures when appropriate.
