Job summary

Dart Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support the day-to-day servicing of consumer, mortgage, and home equity loans. You will handle account maintenance, escrow monitoring, payoff processing, insurance claims, and loan documentation while delivering responsive service to customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and a positive customer experience.

• Ability to read and understand loan documents.
• Proficient computer and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to internal and external requests via email and phone, including early delinquency phases.
• Researches and documents inquiries from customers, investors, or third parties in accordance with guidelines.
• Monitors escrow accounts (PMI, taxes, insurance) and processes payoff statements and discharges.
• Performs new loan review and daily maintenance for Consumer, Mortgage, and Home Equity Loans.
• Assists with insurance loss claims and prepares/records documents as needed.
• Ensures compliance with Federal and State laws and internal policies.
