Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Advanced education in accounting, business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum requirement of 2 years of banking experience or related experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in a team setting.
• Requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must possess PC skills at an intermediate level. Ability to use the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for taxes, homeowners insurance, PMI, life & disability, and force place insurance.
• Discharge mortgages and release or continue UCC filings.
• Process loan denials and withdrawals.
• Support branch staff and lenders with loan maintenance in Horizon.
• Perform GL settlement and reconciliation.
• Review closed loans to ensure documentation and uploads are correct.
