The ideal candidate has at least three years of lending or loan servicing experience and strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on accuracy and timely information flow.

Qualifications

• Three years of lending or loan servicing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Research loan servicing issues, identify and correct errors.
• Gather, verify and document information in designated systems.
• Process loan maintenance, modifications, payments, payoffs, refunds and related transactions.
• Review insurance documentation, CPI-related items, premiums and refunds.
• Assist members with GAP claims and coordinate with GAP admins.
• Process titles, returned titles, returned mail and transfer requests.
• Complete loan research, check processing and disbursement requests.
• Manage multiple priorities accurately and independently with teammates.
• Follow policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
