Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a dynamic office environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and Adobe Acrobat used for data management.

Responsibilities

• Process loan data with precision and verify accuracy.
• Handle mortgage transactions, including payments, adjustments, and fee processing.
• Reconcile cash in bank accounts and prepare management reports.
• Support loan servicing functions like tax contracts and insurance renewals.
• Maintain organized records and assist with clerical duties.
