Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years real estate lending experience at a financial institution.
• Minimum 1 year real estate loan servicing experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, interest accrual and fee assessment.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of loan servicing requests with precision and accuracy.
• Verify documents, file in imaging system, and maintain CRM records.
• Identify and fix errors, research root causes, and resolve issues for members and staff.
• Address member concerns on payments, billing, fees, and loan terms to resolution.
• Manage closeout of paid-off loans, lien releases, and third-party cancellations.
• Double-check data and assist with mobile home lending tasks and payoffs.
• Perform fixed conversions and subordinations following accounting practices.
• Clean up quality control findings and reduce recurring errors with the team.
• Keep servicing procedures current, clear, and compliant across functions.
• Cross-train with Consumer Loan Servicing for broader coverage.
