Job summary

Mid Oregon Credit Union in Central Oregon is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to support the Mortgage Department in servicing loans. You will process and verify mortgage loan applications, prepare documents, and communicate with vendors while answering member questions. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience and a 2-year degree or approved equivalent training.

The role offers a typical 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, reasoning, patience, teamwork skills and negotiation in solving members' problems.
• Must be PC-proficient in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify mortgage loan applications, including preparation of documents.
• Communicate with vendors and field questions from members.
• Assist Mortgage Department in servicing loans.
