Job summary

Regions is seeking a Loan Servicing Escrow Specialist to maintain escrow accounts within the loan servicing group. You will perform escrow analysis, audit vendors, and ensure timely processing of taxes and insurance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with preference for 1 year of loan servicing experience. Regular in-office schedule, with training hours Monday–Friday, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of loan servicing or related experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
• Proficient data entry and typing; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Receives and provides escrow analysis.
• Audits escrow vendors and processes taxes/insurance.
• Completes escrow processing and annual analysis.
• Completes escrow research requests.
• Monitors flood insurance for escrowed loans.
• Ensures compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices.
• Communicates with customers to answer escrow questions.
• Investigates and clears outages on general ledger accounts.
