Responsibilities

Process escrow-related transactions accurately and timely.
Maintain escrow account records and servicing system updates.
Research and resolve routine servicing inquiries and discrepancies.
Communicate with borrowers, investors, vendors, and internal partners.
Ensure compliance with investor, agency, regulatory, and company requirements.
Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements.
Monitor real estate taxes, insurance, PMI/MIP, and escrow analyses.
