Union Home Mortgage in Strongsville, OH seeks a Servicing Escrow Support Specialist to maintain escrow accounts and perform related tax, insurance, and PMI activities. You will process transactions, update records, and resolve issues to support accurate, timely servicing.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate with borrowers, insurers, and vendors while complying with RESPA and investor guidelines.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business/finance is a plus.
• Experience in mortgage servicing or related field is helpful.

Mansioni

• Process escrow-related transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain escrow account records and servicing system updates.
• Research and resolve routine servicing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Communicate with borrowers, investors, vendors, and internal partners.
• Ensure compliance with investor, agency, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements.
• Monitor real estate taxes, insurance, PMI/MIP, and escrow analyses.
