Regions Bank in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to perform a variety of operational tasks within Loan Servicing, including special servicing, loan workout, investor relations, and loan operations.

The role requires reviewing documents for accuracy, data entry, and handling complex loan-related inquiries, with a focus on compliance and timely processing. Onsite work is expected, with standard office hours in a team environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking or related work experience.
• Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position.

• Receives and reviews incoming work and contacts resources as needed.
• Reviews loan documentation for accuracy.
• Validates loan documentation, reports, and systems.
• Documents missing or incomplete documents/data.
• Performs data entry and loan entry into systems.
• Resolves inquiries from customers or associates.
• Prepares, edits, distributes, and corrects documents/reports.
• Resolves complex loan-related issues and questions.
• Works under supervision following guidelines and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with risk management, regulations, and cybersecurity practices.
