• One year of loan servicing/support experience in a credit union or similar financial institution.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Trustworthy, diplomatic, and able to handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with MS Office and loan systems.

Responsibilities

• Possesses adequate product knowledge, including required file documentation.
• Represent the credit union in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provides support to assigned areas of the department and acts as backup for various loan servicing positions.
• Proficient in secondary market loan servicing tasks, including remittance and account reconciliation.
• Perform new account system maintenance and loan boarding when necessary.
• Review loan files for proper documentation and execution.
• Process daily transactions and member service tasks.
• Assist with loan maintenance changes and weekly index updates.
• Handle payoff and discharge preparation and administration.
• Manage Title Administration.
• Audit new loan setup data for accuracy.
