Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-4 years experience in an operations environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting; i.e. how a correction will affect an account.
• Strong ability to multi-task & strong organizational skills.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs clerical operations that are routine and/or repetitive with high quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Applies learned methods and knowledge of products/applications to tasks.
• Works independently, conducts basic research and problem solving.
• Ensures work complies with procedures, risk policies and SLAs.
• Performs basic data entry, compiles simple data elements and performs routine math calculations.
• Multitasks, prioritizes, cross-trains within the department and takes on additional responsibilities as requested.
