Qualifications

• 1–2 years of office administrative experience.
• Knowledge of Jack Henry SilverLake loan system is desirable.
• Experience in Accounting, Business, or Finance is preferred.
• Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan support functions including servicing, payments, and maintenance.
• Assist customer service via phone, email, and letters.
• Coordinate with the Loan Operations Coordinator on status and compliance.
• Process loan activities per established departmental procedures.
• Compile data for monthly/quarterly/annual reports for internal/external sources.
• Interact with system support to resolve loan operation questions.
