Citizens Bank in Johnston, RI seeks an attentive call center specialist to deliver world-class service to customers and teammates. You will handle Home Equity Line of Credit inquiries from data entry through loan closing, applying knowledge of loan guidelines and regulatory requirements.

This role requires accurate data entry, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will schedule closings, review details with customers, and ensure all transactions align

Qualifications

• Proven ability to navigate a data entry system or related applications.
• Familiarity with Empower, Mainframe, Finesse Phone System and internal bank systems preferred.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures relating to Home Equity products.
• Strong computer skills and proficient communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to Home Equity Line of Credit inquiries from data entry through loan closing.
• Make outbound and inbound calls to schedule closings with customers and branches.
• Clearly communicate transaction details to prevent surprises and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to regulatory and bank guidelines and meet productivity/quality standards.
