Qualifications

• Strong data entry, spreadsheet, and MS Office skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process loan activities according to procedures.
• Provide loan servicing and maintenance support.
• Answer inquiries from customers via phone, email, and letters.
• Prepare reports and compile data for internal/external sources.
• Coordinate with the Loan Operations Coordinator on status and issues.
