Job summary

Citizens Bank in Johnston, RI is seeking a Loan Servicing Operations Specialist to process transaction requests from customers and colleagues, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced, in-office environment. You will perform clerical tasks, apply standard procedures, and maintain data integrity while prioritizing work, cross-training as needed, and supporting risk and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-4 years experience in an operations environment.

As the Loan Servicing Operations Specialist you will be responsible for processing transaction requests for customers, branch colleagues and internal colleagues.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Performs clerical operations related tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature, with high quality, in a fast-paced environment.
• Applies various learned methods, procedures and knowledge of the business unit's product(s) and application(s) to perform tasks.
• Works independently most of the time, performs basic research tasks and problem solving in assigned areas.
• Ensures work complies with departmental procedures, applicable regulations, risk policies and SLA(s).
• Performs basic data entry tasks, compile simple data elements and perform routine math calculations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, cross train within the department and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (100% in office)
