Job summary

Trius Lending Partners is seeking a Servicing Manager to lead our loan servicing from closing through payoff, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processes across the portfolio.

You will manage borrower payments, escrow accounts, and draw and payoff workflows while coordinating with originations, underwriting, and accounting to ensure a clean handoff and strong investor oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in loan servicing or private lending operations.
• Knowledge of LTV, LTC, LTARV, draw administration, escrow accounting, and default/foreclosure processes.
• Familiarity with licensing and compliance requirements for East Coast non-institutional lenders.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-closing servicing of the full loan portfolio using our loan servicing platform.
• Process borrower payments, late fees, per diem interest, and payoff statements on schedule.
• Administer escrow and impound accounts for taxes, insurance, and reserves.
