The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in loan servicing or receivables and at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, with a track record of process improvements and team development in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, mortgage servicing, customer receivables, or a similar portfolio environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience within servicing, collections, transaction processing, customer service, or account administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for loan servicing, account administration, collections, and customer support.
• Oversee accurate and timely payment processing and new account setup.
• Manage delinquent accounts and improve collection processes and reporting.
• Maintain strong controls around account accuracy, property taxes, insurance, and related documentation.
• Develop and monitor KPIs around servicing performance, collections, and portfolio trends.
• Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements.
• Build and document scalable processes to support company growth.
• Ensure customers receive professional and responsive service throughout the life of their account.
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Legal, and senior leadership.
