Job summary

MCCUE Mortgage Company seeks a detail-oriented, customer-focused loan servicing professional to support borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will handle payments, escrows, payoff requests, and delinquency management while delivering exceptional service.

Collaborate with internal teams, refer eligible accounts to loss mitigation, and ensure investor and insurer reporting is accurate in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.

We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment who will play a critical role in servicing mortgage accounts and supporting borrowers throughout the life of their loans.

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of loan servicing responsibilities, including payment processing, payoff requests, escrow administration, and delinquency management. You'll work directly with borrowers, helping them navigate financial challenges by establishing repayment solutions that align with investor and insurer guidelines.
