Job summary

CapCenter is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Administrator to manage day-to-day loan servicing with a focus on escrow administration, payment processing, and custodial account management. The role ensures compliance with GSE servicing requirements and accurate borrower records in CapCenter’s servicing platform.

The ideal candidate has hands-on mortgage servicing experience, strong escrow workflow knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing operations.
• Experience in escrow administration, including annual escrow analyses and disbursements.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Regulation E, and GSE servicing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual escrow analyses and disbursements per RESPA requirements.
• Process escrow disbursements for taxes and insurance; monitor balances.
• Process borrower payments and manage suspense accounts.
• Assist with loan boarding and data integrity checks.
• Generate borrower statements and year-end tax documents (1098s).
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for servicing transactions.
• Respond to borrower inquiries and support regulatory examinations.
