Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED; minimum of 5 years of experience in loan processing and accounting.
• Desirable: Proficient in all loan accounting and servicing functions with emphasis on commercial/ business and real estate lending.

Responsibilities

• Process all paperwork for proper disbursement of loan funds at closing and board all new/modified loans.
• Accurately process all monetary transactions including loan payments, advances, paydowns and payoffs.
• Perform loan maintenance activities: address changes, automatic payments, billing, interest changes, and tickler updates.
• Respond to information requests from branch personnel and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Process incoming and outgoing wires.
• Provide loan servicing support within approved SLAs to other departments.
• Review reports to ensure GL balances with loan system data and clear non-posted transactions.
• Prepare reconveyances and monthly certifications.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML/CIP and other regulations.
