Job summary

Community Bank is seeking a Consumer Loan Coordinator in Waynesburg, PA. You will manage the end-to-end loan servicing process for home equity and consumer loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient operations throughout the loan lifecycle.

You will process applications, coordinate closings, fund disbursements, and support regulators and auditors. Requires 3+ years in loan ops and knowledge of LaserPro, Mortgagebot, and Premier.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in finance, business administration, or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in consumer loan operations, banking, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Review and process home equity and consumer loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending policies.
• Coordinate loan closings, verify funding details, and ensure timely disbursement of loan proceeds.
• Ensure loans meet federal and state banking regulations, including HMDA, TILA, BSA, and AML.
• Work with underwriters to verify applicant information and ensure loan approval criteria are met.
• Oversee loan modifications, payment adjustments, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare reports for internal audits, regulatory reviews, and management oversight.
• Process lien releases, title updates, and ensure proper documentation for secured loans.
• Support post-closing process for mortgage and consumer loans, ensuring timely delivery of TPO loans to aggregators.
