Responsibilities

• Review and process home equity and consumer loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending policies.
• Coordinate loan closings, verify funding details, and ensure timely disbursement of loan proceeds.
• Ensure loans meet federal and state banking regulations, including HMDA, TILA, BSA/AML.
• Work with underwriters to verify applicant information and ensure loan approval criteria are met.
• Oversee loan modifications, payment adjustments, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare reports for internal audits, regulatory reviews, and management oversight.
• Provide support in loan servicing by handling routine maintenance and servicing requests.

Education

Associate degree in finance or business administration
