Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to internal and external servicing requests with guidance on processes.
• Process transaction requests with focus on accuracy, timeliness, and risk awareness.
• Reconcile funds moving in and out and investigate breaks to resolution.
• Research transaction exceptions and discrepancies; perform root-cause analysis and propose solutions.
• Escalate highly complex issues with findings and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, data quality, and client outcomes.
• Provide input on process design for system enhancements and participate in user testing.
• Review and update procedures and job aids to reflect changes in policy or regulation.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to support service quality.
