Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking, mortgage, financial services, accounting, or loan ops.
• Experience in servicing, research, and issue resolution with high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and apply processes, procedures, and controls accurately.
• Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a client focus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and stakeholder requests related to transaction servicing per docs and policy.
• Process and reconcile escrow activity with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Research escrow exceptions, perform fact-finding, and recommend solutions.
• Escalate only highly complex issues with summarized path forward.
• Execute controls and complete documentation to support a strong control environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, speed, and client experience.
• Provide input on process changes and participate in system testing.
• Review and update procedures reflecting policy or regulatory changes.
• Plan work to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to resolve issues.
