Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Insurance Servicing Specialist to manage high-volume servicing mailbox requests and complex inquiries from intake through resolution.

You will research loan insurance records, coordinate actions with partners, and perform proactive outreach to clients and agents to obtain documentation and close open items. You will help strengthen service quality and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking exceptions, and escalating time-sensitive risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance servicing or related loan servicing/operations.
• Ability to manage high-volume inbox/work and prioritize for resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and partners.
• Ability to maintain audit-ready records and follow timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for insurance servicing mailbox requests and inquiries.
• Own queue items and prioritize based on risk, aging and impact; document actions clearly.
• Proactively outreach to clients/agents to obtain documentation and updates.
• Research and resolve servicing requests, including policy updates and evidence of insurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close exceptions per servicing standards.
• Track outstanding items and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Review aging reports and escalate time-sensitive items appropriately.
• Support process improvements, reporting and training materials.
