Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Fund Servicing Analyst/Associate to manage trade instruction capture, settlements and lifecycle events for bank loan assets within the Fund Services division.

You will work with Investment Managers, fund accounting teams, client services and agent banks to ensure accurate processing, timely settlements and strong client service in a complex syndicated/private loan environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with relevant work experience in bank debt/loan operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
• High attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Flexible with assignments in a fast-changing environment; able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of syndicated/private loan or deal administration functions.
• Manage bank loan lifecycle events, including paydown, drawdown, and interest calculations.
• Oversee reconciliations (Position/stock and cash) and trade settlements.
• Develop client relationships and provide first-level account service to Investment Managers.
• Create and update procedures for client deliverables and communicate changes to the team.
• Ensure controls are followed and deadlines are met; assist system enhancements testing.
