Heritage Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Services Banking Specialist to combine loan servicing expertise with hands-on branch support in Spicer, Pennock, Raymond, or Willmar.

The role blends loan servicing with daily retail duties, including assisting customers, processing deposits and transfers, and educating guests on digital banking tools. It requires strong accuracy, communication, and multi-tasking skills to serve both branch customers and back-office operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of loan servicing or related banking experience required.
• Experience with loan documentation, collateral, loan maintenance, and servicing functions.

Responsibilities

• Loan Servicing and Operational Support across consumer, commercial, agricultural, and mortgage loans.
• Branch banking and customer support including deposits, transfers, and teller-related tasks.
• Assist with audits, regulatory servicing, and support for special loan programs.
