Job summary

Heritage Bank NA in Willmar is seeking a dedicated frontline position to help customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other banking needs while delivering friendly, accurate service. Primary location is in our Willmar office with potential work in Spicer or Pennock as needed.

The role involves handling cash transactions, assisting customers across channels, and complying with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years Customer Service experience.
• Previous banking or another comparable field, such as sales and/or cash handling preferred

Responsibilities

• Process all cash or check transactions (deposits/withdrawals, transfers, loan payments).
• Assist customers with deposit accounts and loan-related needs.
• Help customers in lobby, drive-thru, phone, fax or email with courteous service.
• Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Open and close the lobby or drive-thru as scheduled.
