Job summary
Heritage Bank NA is seeking a Post-Closing Banking Specialist to join our team in MN. The role combines mortgage post-closing expertise with retail banking support, requiring regular on-site branch presence across Spicer, Pennock, Raymond, or Willmar locations.
Responsibilities include reviewing files, post-closing audits, investor package delivery, and assisting customers with deposits and teller tasks as needed. Travel among MN branches is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of mortgage post-closing, servicing, or related banking experience.
- Experience with mortgage closing packages, investor delivery requirements, and collateral documentation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage post-closing processes and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review closed mortgage loan files for completeness and compliance.
- Complete post-closing audits and resolve conditions.
- Prepare and deliver loan packages to investors and custodians on time.
- Monitor trailing documents and collateral documentation.
- Support branch customers with retail banking tasks on-site.
